Match the problem, not the product: a partner's cheat sheet

Business owners don't buy software — they buy an end to a problem. Listen for these phrases and you'll know which link to send.

Listen for the pain

Use this as a starting point, then check each product page for the full detail before you share.

  • "Leads slip through the cracks" → SalesCollab Pulse (CRM and pipeline).
  • "We still email PDFs for signature" → SalesCollab SignFlow.
  • "Nobody finds us on Google or in AI answers" → SEO & AI Discovery Engine.
  • "We don't know where our equipment is" → SalesCollab AssetTrack.
  • "My team needs help on sales calls" → SalesCollab Sales Companion.

Share one link, not eight

Sending a single product deep link that answers the problem they just described converts far better than a list of everything. Your portal has a ready-made link for each product.

Mind the geography

Consulting, marketing and software can be sold to customers anywhere. Connect services — IT, VoIP, hardware and infrastructure — need on-the-ground delivery and are for South African customers only.
