Do I need to be in South Africa to apply?

No. Marketing and Consulting services can be sold to customers anywhere in the world, so we welcome international resellers. Connect services (IT, VoIP, hardware, infrastructure) require on-the-ground delivery and can only be resold to South African customers.

Is this exclusive — can I sell other things?

The agreement is non-exclusive. You can sell other products and services, with one exception: you cannot sell products or services that are substantially similar to SalesCollab's offering without prior written consent.

Question 3

When and how do I get paid?

Commission is calculated monthly in arrears and paid within 14 days of month-end by electronic funds transfer. We pay on collected funds — once SalesCollab has received cleared funds from the customer.

How long does training take?

We onboard you through the Sales Interview Hub. Most partners complete the core onboarding in 1–2 weeks, working at their own pace alongside their existing commitments.

Question 5

What about tax and POPIA?

You're an independent channel partner, so you handle your own tax obligations in your jurisdiction. We process personal information in line with South Africa's POPIA framework.

Can I cancel? Is there a tie-in?

Initial term is 30 days, then it auto-renews monthly. You can cancel with 30 days' written notice after the initial term. SalesCollab can do the same.

Question 7

What if I bring a lead but the customer doesn't sign right away?

Accepted Answer

Lead attribution is logged in the CRM at the point of introduction. If the customer signs within a reasonable lead-tracking window, the deal is attributed to you.
